What is the cancellation policy for this event?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you have purchased a ticket and are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket for no additional fee.

How can I transfer my ticket to a friend/colleague?

You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else just by updating your order information with the new attendee’s information. For step-by-step instructions click here.

Are meals included?

Yes, breakfast, coffee and lunch will be served during the conference.

How do I check in?

There will be signs to guide you to the registration desk. Please have your ticket ready with QR code to be scanned or have an ID ready. Your badge will be ready to be collected at the registration desk.
